For accounts under $2,500 or trades exceeding the 10 free trades per month, the commission is a reasonable $4.50. Zecco also offers options trading ($4.50+ 0.50 per contract)including complex options orders. I personally have an account with Zecco and can recommend this broker. Zecco is suitable for all traders (maybe accept day traders), but novice investors might want to have more tools/advice to decide which investments are right for them. Nevertheless, Zecco is now constantly adding useful tools to its site.
